REFUND POLICY

  • All SALES ARE FINAL, we always make sure that your custom canvas meet high-quality Standards. For indoor use only.  
  • Please note that we are not liable for punctures caused by you once you are in possession of your canvas.
  • If product is defective (Broken Item), please let us know immediately (24 hours after getting your order). A store credit will be given.
  1. We require you to provide proof of damage, such as a photograph. It is important to report any damages or defects as soon as possible and to keep all original packaging.

  2. Non-Damaged Items: If you are not satisfied with the canvas for any reason, we may offer a refund or exchange.

  3. Return Shipping: Some stores may require you to pay for return shipping for non-damaged items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We set aside time to create your order. When we do that, we don't book orders for anyone else in that time slot.

  • You can e-mail us at:support@stylishcanvas.com to cancel your order 4 hours after your order is placed. Please have your invoice number available. A store credit will be given. There will be no refund.
  1. Cancellation period: Customers may be allowed to cancel their order within 4 hours after placing the order.

  2. Refund: If a customer cancels an order within the cancellation period, we may provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes and shipping charges.

  3. Partial refund: If a customer cancels an order after the cancellation period, the online store may provide a partial refund of the purchase price, excluding any taxes and shipping charges.

  4. Return policy: If a customer receives the product and is not satisfied with the quality or the product is damaged during shipping, they may be able to return the product for a refund or exchange.

MODIFICATIONS POLICY

YOUR MODIFICATION:

  • You can e-mail us at:support@stylishcanvas.com to MODIFY your order 4 hours after your order is placed. Please have your invoice number available. A store credit will be given for the difference if it is lower than the value of the original order. If it is higher, you pay the balance.

OUR MODIFICATION:

We always try to provide customers the canvas design as it is shown on the website, with a minimum of substitution. Should we need to substitute, we will replace the canvas with as close to the specific canvas of equal or higher value.
